Pulsit was founded by Matteo Bergström — technology consultant, builder and long-time observer of how people actually run small businesses, projects and independent work.

In many different settings, the same pattern appeared again and again: skilled people were spending too much of their energy on scattered administration, outdated information, disconnected tools and unclear next steps.

A business might have one profile here, one booking link there, messages in several places, client notes somewhere else and a website that slowly drifted out of date. The work itself was alive, but the structure around it often made it harder than it needed to be.

Pulsit was built to bring those parts closer together — not as a rigid system, but as practical infrastructure for people and businesses that need a clearer way to present what they do, connect with customers and keep moving.
