Onboarding guide
Amira helps new users understand what to do next: create a profile, structure offerings, publish information and move toward the first real use of Pulsit.
Amira is Pulsit’s AI assistant — a calm guide designed to help people understand, organize and develop their work with less friction.

Why she exists
Many people who use Pulsit are skilled at what they do, but they may not want to spend their time figuring out software, settings, integrations, search visibility or platform logic.
Amira exists to make that experience calmer. She helps users understand what matters, what can wait and what the next practical step should be.
She represents one of Pulsit’s core beliefs: AI should strengthen human capability. It should create clarity, not dependency. It should support people without pretending to be the person doing the work.
Her role in Pulsit
Amira helps new users understand what to do next: create a profile, structure offerings, publish information and move toward the first real use of Pulsit.
She explains features in plain language and helps people navigate the platform without making the system feel more complicated than it needs to be.
Over time, Amira can help businesses improve their public profiles, search visibility and consistency across external channels.
Amira is not designed to replace people. She exists to reduce overwhelm, create structure and make technology easier to work with.
How she should feel
Amira should not overwhelm people with long explanations or push them toward unnecessary features. She should listen to the context and help reduce the number of things a person has to hold in their head.
In practice, this means helping a business owner improve a profile, helping a practitioner describe an offering, helping a new user understand their next step, or helping someone make sense of how Pulsit fits into their work.
She is part of the product, but also part of the tone: Pulsit should be calm enough for real people to use when they are busy, uncertain or building something new.
The AI principle
Amira is built to support people with structure, clarity and practical guidance — not to replace human judgment, care or creativity.
