1. What Pulsit uses AI for

Pulsit may use AI-assisted features to help users draft, review and improve public profile content. This can include suggestions for clearer positioning, SEO text, FAQ drafts, search readability, accessibility basics and visitor questions.

AI support is designed to reduce administration and make public business profiles easier to understand. It is not a replacement for the business owner's own knowledge, judgement or responsibility.

2. AI suggestions are drafts

AI-generated suggestions are drafts only. Pulsit does not automatically publish or save AI suggestions to a public profile. Users must review, edit and explicitly apply any suggestion before it becomes part of their profile.

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, unclear or incorrect. Users must not use AI suggestions to invent licences, certifications, qualifications, reviews, results, legal authority or other claims that are not true and verified.

3. What Pulsit AI does not do

• It does not make legal, medical, financial or professional decisions.
• It does not decide whether a user, company or practitioner may use Pulsit.
• It does not change permissions, payments, bookings or account settings.
• It does not publish profile content without explicit user action.
• It does not guarantee Google ranking, AI search visibility or customer conversion.

4. What data may be sent to AI

When a user runs an AI review, Pulsit may send selected profile data needed for that review, such as business name, public description, tagline, contact channel types, FAQ drafts, media count and public profile URL. Pulsit aims to send only the data needed for the requested AI task.

Users should not add sensitive personal data, medical records, diagnoses, national identity numbers, payment card data, private client notes or confidential third-party information to profile fields intended for AI review.

5. Human control

Pulsit keeps AI-assisted profile work under human control. AI may suggest, summarize or draft. The user decides what to use. Important business claims, legal statements, regulated services and professional qualifications should be reviewed carefully before publication.

6. Suppliers and privacy

Pulsit may use external AI service providers to generate AI-assisted suggestions. These providers are handled as subprocessors where personal data is processed on behalf of Pulsit or Pulsit's business customers. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
