Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 June 2026

These terms apply to the use of Pulsit, a platform operated by Pulsit AB (reg. no 556832-2449), Stockholm, Sweden. Additional business terms may apply when you create or activate a business account, subscription or paid service.

During a transition period, selected billing or payment administration may be handled by Hillstream AB when explicitly shown on invoice, checkout or customer communication.

1. The service

Pulsit helps businesses create a professional digital presence, publish services, handle bookings or requests, organise relationships and build operational structure over time. The service is developed continuously and features may change as the platform evolves.

Pulsit is not a website builder or web hosting service. Public profiles and Public Hubs are controlled presentation layers based on structured company, offering, media, booking and contact data.

2. Accounts and business use

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for making sure information you publish through Pulsit is accurate, lawful and not misleading. If you create or administer a business in Pulsit, you confirm that you are allowed to represent that business in the platform.

3. Plans, payment and billing

Paid plans may include Basic, Pro, Business Partner or other plans shown at signup, onboarding, checkout or in a separate agreement. Prices are normally stated excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan and billing terms.

Some features may depend on plan, payment provider rules, local law or manual approval. Pulsit may restrict or refuse a feature when continued use creates legal, payment, safety, security or operational risk.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of your own business content, profile text, images, offers, customer information, reviews you submit and other materials you provide. You grant Pulsit the rights needed to host, display, process, transmit, resize, format and present that content as part of the service.

You must only upload or publish content you have the right to use. You must not publish false professional claims, false credentials, fake reviews, misleading pricing, misleading availability or content that infringes someone else's rights.

5. Public profiles and templates

Public profiles may include company information, offerings, team members, locations, media, booking or inquiry options, contact links, reviews, sharing tools and search metadata. Pulsit may provide templates, themes and controlled presentation options.

Customers may not add custom code, scripts, plugins, raw HTML or unrestricted CSS to public profiles unless Pulsit explicitly provides such a feature. This protects security, accessibility, performance, data portability and user trust.

6. AI-assisted profile creation

Pulsit may offer tools that help draft profile text, SEO text, descriptions, FAQs or other profile fields from information you provide, such as a website link, pasted text or other source. These tools create suggestions only.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving suggested content before it is saved or published. AI tools must not be used to invent credentials, licences, verification, reviews, treatment outcomes, legal authority or professional qualifications.

7. Reviews and social proof

Pulsit may allow customers or visitors to leave reviews or feedback connected to a company, profile, offering or booking. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and must not be fake, purchased, coerced, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, spam-like or misleading.

Pulsit may hide, remove, restrict or investigate reviews that appear to violate these terms, platform policy or applicable law. Pulsit may also limit review collection to reduce spam, fraud or abuse.

8. Acceptable use and safety

Pulsit protects lawful professional, creative, educational and community activity. We act against real harm, not against lawful identity, body, belief, art or expression merely because it is sensitive or controversial.

A controversial topic is not automatically a violation. A prohibited transaction, deceptive claim, unlawful facilitation or exploitation pattern is a violation.

  • Do not use Pulsit for unlawful, misleading or harmful activity.
  • Do not use Pulsit for exploitation, coercion or human trafficking.
  • Do not use Pulsit for child sexual exploitation or sexualised content involving minors.
  • Do not use Pulsit to order, plan, threaten or coordinate violence.
  • Do not use Pulsit for fraud, impersonation, scams, blackmail or extortion.
  • Do not use Pulsit to sell, source, broker, procure, ship or facilitate illegal goods or services.
  • Do not use Pulsit to bypass access controls, tenant separation or security controls.
  • Do not store medical records, diagnoses, patient journals, national identity numbers, insurance details or sensitive health records in Pulsit unless Pulsit has explicitly introduced a product and agreement for that purpose.

9. Sensitive and regulated activity

Some topics or services may be lawful in one place and restricted or unlawful in another. Pulsit may review or restrict sensitive or regulated activity based on jurisdiction, qualification, payment provider rules, safety risk and whether the service involves discussion, education, treatment, facilitation or transaction.

Research, education, policy discussion or lawful professional advice about sensitive subjects may be allowed. Pulsit must not be used to arrange illegal access, illegal treatment, illegal sale, illegal transport, misleading treatment claims or exploitation outside a lawful context.

10. Moderation and reporting

Pulsit may provide reporting tools for profiles, offerings, media, reviews, messages or bookings. Pulsit may review reports and take proportionate action, including requesting edits, limiting visibility, disabling contact or booking, hiding content, suspending access, preserving evidence or restoring content after review.

Report volume is a signal, not proof. Pulsit may protect users and businesses from bad-faith reporting, brigading or abusive complaints. Where appropriate, Pulsit may explain moderation actions and allow a contested decision to be reviewed.

11. Privacy and communication

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Business customers who process personal data through Pulsit may be covered by additional data processing terms.

Pulsit does not present itself as a medical journal system, therapy record system, legal case system or end-to-end encrypted whistleblower system. Private communication is private by default, but Pulsit may review limited content when there is a user report, serious safety case, user support request or valid legal obligation.

12. Availability and support

Pulsit is provided with a practical best-effort support and availability model unless a separate agreement states otherwise. We may update, maintain or temporarily restrict the service when needed for security, reliability, legal, safety or operational reasons.

13. Liability

Pulsit is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or losses caused by incorrect customer content, third-party services, user reviews, external links or use outside the intended scope. Mandatory law always applies.

14. Termination

You may stop using Pulsit or terminate a paid plan according to the applicable billing terms. Pulsit may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached or if continued use creates legal, payment, safety, security or operational risk.

15. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved by Swedish general court, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
